Sereneo isn’t open yet. The only information we hold today is what you gave us on the waitlist form: your email address and the country you chose.

What we do with it

We use your email address once, to tell you when Sereneo opens. We use your country to plan which markets to open in and which rules we need to meet there. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and there is no marketing list behind it.

Getting it removed

Email privacy@sereneo.co and we’ll delete your entry. You don’t need to give a reason.

The full policy

A complete privacy policy covering the product, written to POPIA and the GDPR, will be published here before anyone can create an account. We’d rather show you nothing than show you a policy we haven’t finished.
